About Your Order
1. Can I make my order by phone or other means?
You can place your order and provide specific details via WhatsApp or by phone during our operating hour.
2. Can I order same day flower delivery?
Certainly! Please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9338 1538, and our staff will assist you with the available options for that day.
3. Can I make a change to my confirmed order?
Absolutely! Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp with any special requests 2 days prior to delivery, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. Please be aware that additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the request. If your order has already been packaged or dispatched, we won't be able to make any changes.
4. Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order at least 2 days before the delivery date. A 10% service charge will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 3 days of cancellation. Please note that cancellations made within 2 days of delivery are non-refundable.
About Delivery
1. What time will my flowers be delivered?
We offer three delivery time slots to choose from: before 12 noon, 12 noon to 4 pm, or 4 pm to 7 pm.
2. Can I specific the delivery time?
Yes, we can arrange a specific delivery time for an additional [$100], for any details please contact us.
3. How can I check if my order has been delivered?
Contact us via whatsapp at +852 9338 1538, our staff will assist you to check your order status.
4. What happens when a bad weather signal is raised by the Observatory? Eg. Typhoons, Black/Red Rain signals etc.
Our shop will be closed during any bad weather signal notice to ensure the safety of our staff and drivers. Deliveries will resume once the signal is lifted. However, if the signal is lifted after 4 pm, your flowers will be delivered the following day.
My Flowers
1. How long do my flowers last?
Our fresh flowers last 3 to 5 days, depending on the flower type. We strongly recommend placing them in a cooler location and keeping them out of direct sunlight.
2. How can I make my flowers stay fresh for a longer time?
It can be challenging to keep flowers fresh, especially in the summertime. We recommend changing the water daily and placing the flowers in a cool, dry spot to help them last as long as possible. Additionally, regularly trimming the ends of the stems will ensure that fresh water reaches the flower heads.
My Workshops
Can I cancel the booking for a workshop that I have enrolled in?
As we have limited spots for each workshop, cancellations are not allowed. However, you are welcome to send a replacement to attend the workshop.
