By accessing this Website, you agree to these Terms; therefore, we advise you to read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing this Website and all related applications. Mellow Harvest Limited reserves the right to alter these Terms from time to time, with changes taking immediate effect.
3. You agree that the information you provide when registering on the Website is true and accurate, and you will notify our customer service team of any changes to that information.

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order from us. All orders submitted by you are subject to our acceptance. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without liability to you.
10. Before you submit your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price, and correct any input errors.
11. All of our flower products are individually crafted from fresh blooms daily. If any flower shown is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value in a similar color to ensure timely delivery.
12. Variations in the display properties of your computer hardware may cause the colors and measurements of the products displayed on the Website to differ slightly from the products delivered to you.
13. We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is correct. However, errors may occasionally occur, resulting in mispriced products. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Website, we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it. We will not be obligated to supply products at an incorrect price.
14. Mellow Harvest Limited may change the prices of products listed on the Website at any time and without prior notice
15. You confirm that the credit or payment method used is yours and that all details you provide are correct and accurate. If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorize the payment, we will not accept your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are also not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
16. If your credit or payment method is not denominated in the currency of the purchase indicated on the Website, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. This final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider, and we will not be responsible for any costs, expenses, charges, or other liabilities incurred as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency than the one displayed on the Website.
17. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provided on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, so please ensure that the recipient’s address and contact number you provide are accurate.
18. Mellow Harvest Limited will endeavor to dispatch your order safely and on time. However, delivery times may be affected by weather or traffic conditions, and/or unforeseen situations such as a black rainstorm signal or authorities issuing a typhoon signal number 8 or higher. We shall notify you of any such delays as soon as possible or for rearrangement purposes
19. In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery or refusal to accept the items, the order will still be considered delivered. If redelivery is required, the purchaser will be charged an additional cost, which will depend on the delivery destination.
20. We shall not be liable for any additional expenses, damage to property, or injury to persons on the Buyer’s premises arising from the delivery or use of the items purchased, however caused.
21. In the case of products provided by Buyers, all risk of damage or loss during storage, processing, or transit shall be the Buyer’s. 
22. We reserve the right for the above terms and conditions to be final and accurate in the English version.

Payment and Refund Policy

1. All orders are non-redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
2. Orders cannot be refunded or replaced once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
3. Full payment is required upon ordering to guarantee the order.
4. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
5. All product images are for reference only. Mellow Harvest Limited reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, and/or improvements to the products at any time and without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
6. Mellow Harvest Limited reserves the final right to interpret all terms and conditions mentioned above, with or without advance notice.
